5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

• On the date you subscribe and each renewal date thereafter
• For any applicable taxes or fees
• For any upgrades or additional services you purchase

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply upon renewal.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

10.2 Service Availability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.

13. Termination

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact us at support@paynancer.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as otherwise provided by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
